Ordering and shipping - physical customers from European Union

If you have an account on Paypal you can order and pay for the product directly through our website www.concrete-vibrators.com.

All of our products ordered and paied through Paypal on our website www.concrete-vibrators.com are shipped free of charge to all physical consumers in European Union. They will be shipped through Post of Slovenia. We also hold the right to ship the product through other delivery companies if they appear to be cheaper in that moment.

Do not forget to pick out the most suitable shaft diameter of concrete vibrator for you. In some cases there are multiple choices. Also the prices may vary. Do not forget to fill out your shipping address details in Paypal payment form when you are paying through it.

Warranty

All of our products have a warranty of 12 months. The warranty holds if the product isn't heavily damaged by physicall force (example: run over by truck).

Delivery

We will send your product after we receive payment. We will try our best to deliver product to shipping company as soon as possible but no longer than in 3 working days. After that we can not predict the delivery time as the product is in shipping companies hands. In some extraordinary cases it can also happens that the payed product isn't on stock in our warehouse.
